Lodging and Meals

Option 1: Hunting Cabin at the Farm:

A 1000 sqft rustic cabin located at the Fuzzy Wuzzy Cattle Company, home base for Alberta Goose Outfitters, is a great place to relax after the days hunt. The 3 bedroom (5 bed) cabin will be sure to provide you with cozy comfort & warmth needed to rest up for the next day’s adventure. There is plenty of room to socialize around the outdoor fire pit, covered deck or dinning room table. The cabin has an indoor wash room, complete with shower.  Cabin is heated by 2 wood stoves with lots of room to dry out wet gear. Cabin has a 5 burner full sized propane cook stove and oven & big BBQ and coffee makers for groups to cook for themselves. Kitchen has various cooking pots, frying pans, dishes and utensils.  There is plenty of room to park RVs at the farm as well for those that like to travel with their own accommodations, yet be near their hunting buddies.

Note:  Cabin is 70kms from the nearest restaurant & unfortunately the best cook ever has retired, sold her farm and moved to be closer to her family. Sorry for anyone that got spoiled with Sharron’s cooking in the past and was looking forward to it again.

Retriever dogs are welcome and the farm is complete with 2 retired labs that love attention.

Lodge is rented out at only a $100 per night / per hunting group  (which is the end of stay cleaning fee)

Option 2: Hotel & Restaurants in Westlock, Alberta:

If  more comfortable accommodations are your thing, the best option is to stay in a hotel in the nearest town being Westlock, Alberta. Westlock has several clean & modern hotels along with plenty of restaurants to choose from. If needed, door to door pick up and drop off to the hunting fields can be arranged and provided by the outfitter.
